REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with every coffee tool you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, we offer a simple and accommodating return process—even if you have already opened and tried it.

I. Return Conditions (Including Opened Returns)
Opened items can be returned: Unlike most retailers who require “unopened,” we understand that you need to open the product to test its feel, grind performance, or water pouring experience. As long as the product has not been maliciously damaged and all accessories are complete, you can still apply for a return after opening.

Situations where returns are not possible:

The product suffers obvious physical damage due to drops, water damage, etc.

Severely missing accessories (such as instruction manual, original accessories)

The return period has expired.

II. Return Period
Returns can be requested within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Returns after 30 days will not be accepted unless there is a quality issue with the product.

Order Number

Product Name to be Returned

Reason for Return (brief explanation, such as “I don’t like the feel of the polishing material,” “The capacity is not suitable”)

Attach photos or videos if available.

Obtain Return Authorization
We will reply within 1 business day and send a “Return Authorization Confirmation.”

Safe Packaging
Please place the product (including all original accessories) in its original packaging or a similar sturdy box to avoid damage during transportation.

Return to Our Designated Address
Send the package to the return address below. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer (except for quality issues).

Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will refund you via the original payment method within 3-7 business days. The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost (unless the return was due to our error or a quality issue).

V. Refund Arrival Time

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically arrive within 3–7 business days after initiation (depending on the issuing bank).

VI. Exceptional Products

The following products can still be returned after opening, but please note:

Coffee Bean Storage Containers: If there is a noticeable food odor residue (such as from stored spices), it may affect resale, and a partial refund may be negotiated in such cases.

Coffee Cups: Only cleaned cups will be accepted for return.

Apart from these, other coffee tools (hand grinders, gooseneck pour-over kettles, coffee scales) will not be eligible for return after opening.
