I. About the Product

  1. Can the grind size be adjusted on the hand-cranked coffee grinder?

Yes. Our hand-cranked coffee grinders are all equipped with adjustable grind plates, suitable for various grind sizes from French press to pour-over and espresso. The specific grind range will be indicated on the product page.

  1. How well does the coffee bean storage container seal?

The storage container uses a sealing ring and light-blocking material (or stainless steel/ceramic) to effectively reduce oxygen intake and slow down the loss of coffee bean flavor. It is recommended to use it with original coffee bags or one-way degassing bags.

  1. Is the gooseneck pour-over kettle suitable for induction cooktops?

Please check the specific product specifications. Some models are only compatible with open flame or ceramic cooktops; the induction cooktop version will be clearly indicated.

  1. What is the capacity of the coffee cups?

Our coffee cups are mostly 250ml – 350ml, suitable for 1–2 servings of pour-over coffee. Please refer to the product details page for specific capacities.

  1. Does the coffee scale need calibration?

The product is factory calibrated and generally does not require manual calibration. If significant deviations occur after prolonged use, a simple calibration can be performed according to the instruction manual (supported for some models).

II. About Purchase and Payment

  1. Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

One-time sale. We only sell physical coffee tools and do not offer any automatic renewals, recurring subscriptions, or membership-linked deductions. You only need to pay the order amount once.

  1. Which payment methods are supported?

We support major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) (subject to the checkout page).

  1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can contact customer service to try to modify your order within 1 hour of payment. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; please refer to the return and exchange policy.

III. About Logistics and Receiving

  1. How long will it take to receive my order after shipment?

Order processing time is generally 1–3 business days, and logistics delivery time is 3–7 business days (depending on the destination). Delivery to remote areas may be longer.

IV. Returns and After-Sales Service

  1. Can I return goods without giving a reason?

Yes. If the product is unused, in its original packaging, and does not affect resale, you can apply for a return within 30 days of signing for it. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

  1. How do I handle product quality issues?

If there are obvious defects or the product cannot be used normally, please contact us within 30 days. After confirmation, we will provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).

  1. What is the warranty period?

Products containing mechanical/electronic components, such as hand-cranked coffee grinders and electronic scales, are covered by a 6-month warranty (excluding damage caused by human error). Accessories (such as seals and handles) and consumables are not covered by the warranty.
