These Terms of Service apply to your purchase of coffee tools (including hand grinders, coffee bean storage containers, gooseneck pour-over kettles, coffee mugs, and coffee scales) through our website. I. One-Time Sales Instructions All products on this website are one-time sales; there are no subscriptions, automatic renewals, or recurring charges.
The amount you pay is only the price of the purchased product (plus any shipping costs). After payment, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms, you will not be liable for any subsequent fees.
II. Billing Terms
Payment Methods We support major credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment channels (subject to the checkout page). Payment is processed by our partner payment service providers; we do not store your complete card number information.
Deduction Time After the order is generated, we will initiate a one-time deduction when you confirm and submit the order. Only one deduction will be made; there will be no repeated or periodic deductions.
Price Changes
Product prices may be adjusted due to market fluctuations or promotional activities, but orders that have been successfully placed and paid for will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
III. Orders and Shipping
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient stock or other reasons, and will provide a full refund.
Shipping time and logistics methods are subject to the product page or order confirmation email.
One-time sales do not incur any form of “automatic deduction for subsequent replenishment” or “membership period fees.”
IV. Return and Exchange Policy
If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (adrianne@solenneroasters.com / support@solenneroasters.com).
For returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dislike or operational errors), please ensure the product is brand new and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
One-time sales do not affect your legal rights under local consumer protection laws.
V. Explicitly No Automatic Renewal or Subscription Offered
SOLENNE ROASTERS LLC only sells physical coffee tools and does not offer:
Recurring subscription plans
Automatic coffee bean delivery subscriptions
Automatic consumable replenishment services
If subscription services are launched in the future, we will obtain your explicit consent separately. Subscription terms will never be bundled with a one-time sale.
VI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company is only liable for the actual amount you pay for the goods and is not responsible for any indirect losses (such as inconvenience or business losses).
VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by local law. Any dispute arising from this agreement should be resolved amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location of our company for resolution.
